Marsha Wilson Rappaport of Galveston is director of grants management and development for St. Vincent’s House. She is a member of the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society in Social Sciences, and a past member of the Galveston Park Board of Trustees, Galveston Community Recovery Committee, and Galveston Historical Foundation Advisory Board. Rappaport received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree in national security from the American Military University, and is certified in non-profit management from the Texas A&M University George Bush School of Government and Public Service.
