Applications are for projects that begin between Sept 1, 2013 and March 30, 2014. The project must end by August 31, 2014.
This is the first of two deadlines for Fiscal Year 2014, so eligible organizations can apply for projects that tie to any of the five priority areas.
Eligible organizations can submit up to two applications at this deadline.
