- The Young Masters Application Form. The deadline is postmarked by November 15, 2013. Be sure to use the TCA Review Criteria
- Arts Mentor Letter of Recommendation. Should include history with student and how the proposed training program fits with applicant’s artistic development.
- Copy of your application to the proposed training program (if available)
- Student’s current report card
- Audiovisual material and description form:
- Dance
- Literary Arts
- Media Arts
- Music
- Musical Theater/Theater
- Visual Arts
Please do not bind or staple application parts together. No notebooks or folders are allowed.
