TIS THE SEASON 2016
THEME
It is indeed the season! It’s a season of joy, of spiritual fulfillment. Of family reunions, good and… maybe not so good. Of standing, and kneeling, for justice. Of friends, of gifts, of treats. So “follow us in merry measure, while we sing of beauty’s treasure”. Share your holiday memories (or wishes) with us in your art!
ABOUT THE SHOW
This is a one-day show at MATCH (Midtown Arts & Theater Center Houston). We are offering wall spaces for you to display your art (themed pieces will be hung in your space, along with your non-themed art). We are asking for themed pieces that will be judged for “Best in Show” and Media’s Choice”. It is not a requirement to enter themed pieces for consideration. However, if more entries are received than available spaces, we will be giving preference to artists with themed pieces.
We will be promoting this as a holiday show, so suggest that you have a variety of sizes and prices available to fit a range of budgets and gift options.
