Creative Access Residencies for Artists & Writers with Spinal Cord Injury
The Creative Access Residencies Program provides visual artists and writers living with Spinal Cord Injury(SCI) the time, space, and supportive community to immerse themselves in their studio practice with month-long residencies at one of four host organizations: Vermont Studio Center (Johnson, VT), PLAYA (Summerlake, OR), Ragdale Foundation (Lake Forest, IL) and Santa Fe Art Institute (Santa Fe, NM).

The Creative Access Residencies will be awarded to 12 visual artists and writers living with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) in the United States and Canada. Each award includes:
–a month-long residency at Vermont Studio Center (Johnson, VT), PLAYA (Summerlake, OR), Ragdale Foundation (Lake Forest, IL), or Santa Fe Art Institute (Santa Fe, NM)
–$1000 stipend
–travel award for a personal assistant/caregiver if needed
