Mid-America Arts Alliance (M-AAA) in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), invites eligible organizations working across all disciplines, including folk and traditional, performing, visual, or literary to apply for an Arts Access Micro-Grants.  These reimbursement grants are designed to engage and deepen the impact of in-person or virtual livestreaming arts programming for persons with disabilities and persons with limited English proficiency

The microgrants can be from $250-$1,000. The grant does require a $1:$1 cash match.

Eligible applications will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis by state as funds are available.

The application form became available online in August 2020.

Funding will be made on a reimbursement basis, based on financial documentation included with the final report.

Basic eligibility:

  • 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization, a unit of state or local government, or a federally recognized tribal community (no fiscal agents)
  • located in the M-AAA region (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, or Texas)
