|Title||Rental Events Coordinator: Temporary Part-Time|
The Rental Events Coordinator produces and facilitates rental events from contract signing through post-event settlement – coordinating, communicating, and ensuring the smooth occurrence of all administrative, staffing, and technical elements of rental events in ZACH Theatre spaces. The Production Event Coordinator works closely with a client (or the client technical representative), and the ZACH Staff to ensure all details are anticipated, planned for, and delivered as envisioned and are within the available parameters as dictated by other ZACH-produced events. In addition to the technical skills, the Rental Events Coordinator must be able to gather and disseminate detailed information, communicate clearly, set expectations, train a knowledgeable and skilled team of Event Managers on event details, and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment in a timely manner.

Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
