Request for Proposals
Austin-based artists of color are invited to submit proposals for two-or-three-dimensional works
of art exploring themes of racial equity and justice. The work will be sited on the grounds of
University United Methodist Church (UUMC) located at 2409 Guadalupe Street in Austin, TX.
