Tio Toto
Tio Toto is an Austin-based bilingual children's music artist who transforms every performance into a joyful, co-created adventure. Blending English and Spanish in a playful Spanglish flow, Tio Toto’s shows invite children and caregivers to sing, dance, and help write songs live—so audiences learn together through music, movement, and laughter. Led by artist and educator Antonio F. Delgado, Tio Toto combines rhythm, storytelling, and imagination to spark curiosity and connection. His signature Musical Instrument Petting Zoo encourages hands-on exploration of instruments from around the world, from African hand drums to interactive banana pianos. Performances are designed for festivals, libraries, museums, and schools, and adapt easily to varied audience sizes, ages, and language levels. Past appearances include the Thinkery, San Antonio Zoo, Laguna Gloria, and the Round Rock Arts Festival. Available programs: Spanglish Family Singalong (ages 0–8) interactive bilingual concert for children and caregivers; Musical Instrument Petting Zoo (ages 3–10) guided global sound exploration; and Storytime Songs/Cuentacuentos Musicales (ages 2–7) musical retellings supporting early literacy.
