STEP 1 – Getting an account set up for the TCA grant portal (aka Fluxx)

Texas-based 501-c-3 nonprofit and governmental entities (i.e., public schools, colleges, city/county/state departments) may register for an account for the TCA grant portal.

Please note: TCA does not give grants to individuals or fiscally sponsored/umbrella proposals.
TCA will perform initial due diligence to ensure basic eligibility to receive funding from the State of Texas.

  • Each organization will be profiled to determine the appropriate TCA Organization Type.
  • Different organization types have access to different TCA grant programs.
  • Staff is always happy to revisit your organization profile. Let us know when things change with your organization.

This process can take up to 5 business days, so please plan ahead.

STEP 2 – Learning what you are eligible for and applying!
